We are searching for a Software Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications Department to configure, implement, integrate, and support our administrative COTS packages.

What YOU Will Do…
Responsibilities include: Develop an in-depth understanding of product functionality in order to provide solutions for customer needs, participate in product selection activities, assess customer requirements, and translate into technical designs to create functional solutions and workflows within a given product; perform fit-gap analysis between the functional requirement needs of the customer and the technical capabilities of the application; perform necessary system customizations and integrations with other software platforms and environments; assist customers with application testing; participate in rollout activities; manage application user roles and access; provide tier two operational support; and prepare system documentation.
What YOU Need to be Successful…
This job will be filled as a level 2, level 3, or level 4, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires an Associate's degree or higher plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 2. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Science and Technology, or Computer Science is desired.
• Oracle EBS v11 or higher
• Oracle DBMS
• Atlassian Tool Suite
• Prior implementation of enterprise business and/or operations software applications
• Web technologies
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively within a group, as well as across departments
