Do you excel in sales support and customer service? Sparks Group is currently staffing a Sales Coordinator role that will focus on supporting online sales to individual consumers. This is a direct hire position for a partner in apparel sales and all employees receive employee discounts in addition to all other corporate benefits!
• Act as point person for multiple departments
• Support all external sales for Canada, US, and Latin America
• Track sales activity
• Create and maintain records for leads and customers
• Maintain product knowledge and up-to-date changes to product lines
• Liaise between customer service and sales department
• Ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience
• Previous experience in retail/sales support in the apparel/footwear/accessories industries is highly desired
• Candidates looking to learn the industry/process and potentially move into a sales or account manager role are preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• MS Office proficiency is required
• Must have the ability and desire to multi-task
