Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a retail manufacturer that is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist online customers through email and phone to assist with any purchase inquiries. Responsibilities: 
• Work with online customers who have purchased products
• Answer transferred phone calls from different departments that don't have the ability to answer questions that you (Customer Service Representatives) can answer 
• Process customers service orders 
• Assist customers with any returns, exchanges or credit refunds 
• Handle any complaints or concerns that customers call to inquire about 
• Communicate with the shipping department to ensure timely and orderly shipments 
• Other tasks as needed 

Qualifications/Background profile: 
• Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience 
• Bachelor's degree is preferred 
• Strong phone handling skills and ability to actively listen to customers
• Ability to complete assigned projects efficiently and in a timely manner 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
• High attention to detail 
• Ideal candidate will have a bubbly and positive personality
