Order Processing/Sales Coordinator
Sparks Group has partnered with a software company in Reston to find a dedicated Post-Sales Support Administrator to assist with onboarding new clients and processing orders. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading vendor of cloud-based software and will start immediately!
• Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Professional Services team to onboard new customers, process new orders, and coordinate product deployment
• Process orders
• Manage fulfillment process
• Schedule product deployment and main launch calendar
• Maintain and update all information in Salesforce
• Process improvement
• Sales reporting
• Experience in Salesforce is highly desired
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Previous experience processing software/hardware orders is a plus
• Ability to liaise among multiple departments and streamline processes
