Associate Marketing Director
Drive the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns for NGS workflows with focus on rich scientific and/or application related content. - Provide consulting expertise to business area and regional marketing teams to improve marketing planning and execution. - Manage a team of four global market managers. - Manage an industry leading webinar program, e-marketing platforms and several social media channels to support of a wide-range of marketing initiatives across the company. Bachelors' degree required. PhD in life sciences or MBA strongly preferred. - 5 or more years' global product and/or marketing management experience in life sciences or diagnostics required. - At least 2 years' experience managing a marketing team required. - Direct marketing, social media marketing or technical/ marketing writing experience required. - Project management experience required. - Experience working in a highly matrixed global organization preferred. - Marketing automation experience preferred. - Experience with content management systems preferred. Personal Requirements - Demonstrated leadership abilities, both through direct reporting and indirectly through influence. - Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally-based project team members. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in English required. - Ability to travel as needed, domestic and globally up to 20%. - Ability to sit for extended periods of time. - Ability to use computer and telecommunications equipment.
