The Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner will lead and manage the people management for one or more T-Rex programs with the overall goal of attracting, retaining, and developing the best talent. The business partner will act as a Change Agent in managing organizational and programmatic change where this relates to HR-related activities eg restructures. The business partner is a member of the management team of the internal client. The individual will also serve as an Organization Development consultant for the organization. In this role, the person will work across the entire organization developing customized strategies and initiatives to develop high performing teams and engage high potential employees. The person selected for this role will be highly motivated, strategic-minded and driven, focused on delivering business results, managing change and coaching employees to excellence. What you'll achieve: * First 30 days + Establish relationship with client group(s). Assess current state of teams/programs from an organizational effectiveness stand point and develop short term plan. * 60-90 Days + Work on Organization Development needs/assessment of organization. Conduct succession planning session and develop framework for high potential employee program. Develop framework for long-term plan for organizational effectiveness, including leadership development. * 90+ Days + Continue focus on T-Rex culture cultivation (and completion of above items). * 10-15 years Government Contracting experience in human resources functions (Business Partner, Organization Development, EEO) * Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or closely related fields * Strong organizational skills - must be comfortable managing multiple priorities, managing programs, and following through on all action items * Strong communication skills - must be comfortable collaborating with remote personnel, customers and co-workers at all levels * Strong leadership skills - must be adept at building and managing relationships at all levels of the organization * Strong analytical skills - must be able to use HR data to drive business solutions * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) Gets you Bonus Points: * Large-scale change management expertise
