The Talent Management and Development Partner (VP) position plays a key role in the design, execution and management of the Commercial Bank's talent management and development strategy. The role is ideal for a high performing individual who is looking to continue to grow their career and make an impact on the organization., The Talent Management and Development Partner will work with the talent team to support the development and implementation of the talent management processes/initiatives across the Commercial Bank, while ensuring consistency with the global JPMC talent management philosophy. The individual will partner with regional colleagues to identify and develop solutions based on business priorities and organizational analysis. Ad hoc requests in addition to pre-planned initiatives are likely in the role. The position requires a self-starter with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues across the Commercial Bank and other lines of businesses within JPMC. Specific responsibilities include: * Responsible for rolling out and managing talent management and development initiatives and processes. Programs can include: + Performance Management + Talent Management + Succession Planning + Talent Insights / Analytics + Career Management & Professional Development + Various organizational development initiatives. + Team/Organization Development: design and facilitate team development interventions and facilitate off-sites for management teams + Coaching: serve as a coach to top and next generation talent * Exercise independent judgment in providing advice and consultation to the HR Business Partners on complex and unique talent management related issues * BA Degree in Human Resources or related experience; PHR/SPHR certification preferred * Minimum of 5+ years of progressive Learning and Development, Talent Management or HR Consulting experience (ie demonstrated ability to design and deliver training, experience with talent management process and organizational development) * Highly flexible, self-directed, and adapts well to a rapidly changing environment. * Works well under minimal supervision - anticipates work streams, prioritizes tasks and takes * Follows through on commitments, showing persistence in the face of challenging circumstances, and responds efficiently to roadblocks, consistently demonstrates professionalism and high level of performance and time management. * Strong project management; decision making skills, ability to think globally about the impact of projects. * Clearly conveys information and ideas through verbal and written communication to stakeholders at all levels in the organization. Strong facilitation and public speaking skills. * Able to synthesize complex information and concepts, organize analysis efforts into a systematic framework, and convey in simple terms for executive audience. * Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff to develop strong working relationships * PC Skills: Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, formulas; advanced PowerPoint skills
