Key property position supporting the Director of HR on all facets of Human Resources with specific focus in the areas of Associate Relations, Recruitment and Retention, Benefits, Occupational Health & Safety. Working closely with senior management and department heads to ensure top talent is attracted and retained by driving our goal of being the preeminent employer of choice in the marketplace. HRIS & Benefits * Liaise with Payroll regularly to ensure that all pay related issues, policies and processes are mutually understood and agreed upon, in order to improve internal efficiency and mitigate financial and other risks * Administer associate benefit program (medical, retirement, fitness program) including processing enrollment forms and changes and scheduling associate information sessions with vendor as required * Conduct regular audits of information to ensure accuracy Training and Development * Assist/support Training/Development Leader when required to do so * Partner with coordinator to facilitate components of New Hire Orientation, 30 Day Touch Back, and other training sessions Associate Relations * Conduct/Assist in investigations when necessary * Create/implement/coordinate associate recognition programs including internal communication, planning of events, liaising with various vendors, coordinating card signing and mailing, etc * Develop/implement community involvement initiatives * Formulate and perhaps lead cross-functional Events Committee * Create/implement all back of house mechanisms for communication to associates inclusive of bulletin boards, monitors and newsletters * Conduct exit interviews with staff Employment/Recruitment * Support recruitment efforts by coordinating internal and external postings, scheduling interviews, following up with applicants as required, participating in career fairs, interviews as required, conducting reference checks and coordinating the on-boarding experience including preparing and sending the new hire mailing package Reporting/Metrics * Produce HR related reports and metrics as required ad hoc or outlined in the HR reporting schedule General HR Practice * Provide guidance/advice to associates on a variety of general HR inquiries * Comply & enforce Trump polices & procedures and the Associate Handbook * Active involvement and support in other areas of the Human Resources department Performs other duties as required
