Job DescriptionFast-paced company seeking Customer Service Representative that can work in a fast paced office environment and is able to provide excellent customer service. This person should have outstanding telephone demeanor, computer skills, be reliable and able to work until 9 PM some weeknights.Responsibilities:Answer calls and respond to emailsHandle customer inquiries both telephonically and by emailResearch required information using databaseManage and resolve customer complaintsProvide customers with product and service informationEnter new customer information into system and update existing customer informationIdentify and escalate priority issuesDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresAble to clear queues making a minimum of 150 calls per dayQualifications: High school diploma or equivalentProficient in relevant computer applicationsRequired language proficiencyKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesKnowledge of call center telephony and technologyExperience in a call center or customer service environmentData entry and typing skillsVerbal and written communication skillsListening skillsProblem analysis and problem solvingCustomer service and people skillsOrganizational skillsAttention to detailAdaptabilityTeam workStress toleranceResilienceCompany DescriptionFirst Street Management is a collection of diversified businesses, at the center of which is a proprietary consumer credit restoration company with over 100 employees, located in the Hunt Valley, MD area.
