Job DescriptionWe are hiring for a Full-Time Residential Advisor, Monday-Friday 3p to 9pm. Our Advisors make a difference in the lives of our consumers in a community living setting.Responsibilities:Provide personal care and assistance.Assist with mobility and transfer; provide physical assistance.Provide home maintenance such as cleaning and laundering.Assist with menu planning and food preparation.Assist with money management.Provide opportunities for community integration activities.Administer medications. Ensure safety of individuals.Requirements:High school or equivalentExperience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.Must possess a valid drivers license and drive agency vehicles as required.Lift and transfer persons with disabilities using mechanical lift systems.Participate in 24 hours of training annually.Complete a biannual physical examination.Complete first-aid, CPR and medication administration training within three months of hire.Work for us and get:Pay rate of $12 an hourCOLLEGE STUDENTS: If you graduate with your Bachelors degree and two years experience with us, you will be eligible for advancement.All positions are eligible for recognition through our great staff recognition programs.All positions are eligible to participate in our 403(b) retirement savings plan.Excellent medical and dental benefitsWhat's it like to work for an organization that puts family first?
