Recruiting Operations AssistantMHM Services, Inc. is a privately owned company that contracts with state and local governments to provide comprehensive healthcare management services to correctional facilities nationwide. We are currently looking for a Recruiting Operations Assistant to provide multifaceted support to our fast paced Recruiting Department. This position is based out of our corporate office in the Tysons corner area of Vienna, VA. This role is an integral part of recruiting team and assists in the day to day recruiting operations. The Recruiting operations assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of duties and provide administrative and recruiting support to our growing team of 30 healthcare recruiters. Due to the broad range of duties, this position requires flexibility and the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Responsibilities and duties include:-Coordinate direct marketing and advertising; maintain job board accounts, create job postings, online job postings, newspaper and journal ad placement, email campaigns, and in-house direct mail campaigns-Assist in maintaining our Applicant Tracking System iCIMS-Assist in overseeing the Employee Referral Program, tracking, and processing bonus awards-Screen and review resumes and source candidates-Assist in tracking recruitment activities and candidate reports-Coordinate the use of temporary healthcare professionals-Perform healthcare practitioner background checks-Coordinate recruiting events and conferences-Creates and produces reports, as needed-Manage and participate in specialty and ad hoc projects and assignments, as needed-Ability to lift 25lbs Qualifications Required Knowledge/Experience:-1-2 years experience in a Recruiting Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator role or related role-Previous use and maintenance of Applicant Tracking/HR Systems-MS Office proficiency; specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.-Some knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Required Skills and Abilities:-Reliable and Dependable; the incumbent must be able to meet deadlines, show commitment/dedication and accountability for work product, follow through on projects, and demonstrate consistent attendance. -Effective Time Management and Multitasking; must be able to prioritize and organize workload to adapt to fast paced and quickly changing tasks and deadlines-Organized and Detail Oriented-Problem Solving Skills-Adaptable and Flexible-Proactive and self-motivated; must have the ability to work with minimal direction MHM Services, Inc. offers competitive salary, a generous comprehensive health benefits package, 28 paid days off per year, and more.
