Responsibilities Revise longstanding practices, policies and proceduresLaunch communication of and socialize changes across the organization to achieve goals with minimal organizational impact.Facilitate cultural shiftsDesign and conduct surveysDevelop Power Point presentationsDevelop Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), log questions, provide answers, update FAQs logDeploy communications plan to multiple levels of leadership, including Senior Procurement Executives, Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners, Regional leadership, and Assistant Directors.Produce, copyedit, proofread and revise communications both for internal and external release. Qualifications 2-3 years' experienceBachelor's degreeProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel).Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and confidently with multiple levels of leadershipIf not currently residing in the Washington DC metropolitan area, ability to re-locate immediately. If current in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, ability to travel to and work onsite at client site.Exposure to internal social media tools such as Chatter.Exposure to Google Suite
