Responsibilities Program Analyst job duties:Assist in program support to both the Interagency Modeling and Atmospheric Assessment Center (IMAAC) & the Nuclear Incident Response Team (NIRT):IMAACExercise development and executionProgram planning and executionCapability enhancement projectsSchedule, attend and coordinate IMAAC meetingsDevelop meeting agendas and minutesProvide briefing products and AAR'sFacilitate IMAAC meetingsSupport the development of the IMAAC Operational GuideIdentify and draft sections of the IMAAC Operational GuideCapture and draft IMAAC Activation proceduresCoordinate draft versions through the IMAAC Core Members Collect and adjudicate comments during the development processSupport the IMAAC Working GroupSchedule and coordinate IMAAC Working Group MeetingsDraft meeting minutes for distribution to Core WG MembersAttend and support WG Subcommittee Meetings with IMAAC Core/Contributing MembersSupport Exercise development and execution with IMAAC Technical HubIMAAC Program Plan SupportAssist in the development and provide annual updates to the Program PlanSupport the development of a Gantt tracking chartDevelop and periodically update IMAAC FY17-21 Program Plan as priorities and requirements changeNIRTProvide program, project management, and technical support as requiredUpdated the NIRT Program PlanConduct the annual strategic gap analysis to on the NIRT assets and their current capabilities in order to help inform the NIRT Program PlanResearch and draft recommendations that reinforce or expand guidance to emergency responders on agency/department's response policiesProvide final program plan for distribution prior to the annual proposal cycleAssist in the continued update and development of NIRT Standard Operating ProceduresSupport the annual NIRT project cycle, by establishing policies pursuant to the NIRT program, conducting proposal and project reviews, conducting oversight on ongoing projects, and ensuring accurate accountability and closeout of projectsManage all NIRT meetings to include the development of agendas, schedules, and assist in facilitating meetings to include project reviews and biannual Senior Leadership meetingProvide coordination and updates to the NIRT pre-scripted mission assignments.Support development of project implementation plans, marketing campaigns, and any other project documentation that can assist with the successful implementation of the projectSupport operational activities associated with NIRT asset deployments as required 3-5 years' experienceActive Top Secret clearanceCBRN experienceStrong consulting skillsClient-facing experienceStrong Microsoft Office skillsCompensation:BGS seeks to fill this position with an exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual.
