Work you'll doSenior Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top Management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement riskClient Management: Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsorsBusiness Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicalsPeople Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices As a Senior Manager, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies. Senior Manager QualificationsRequired: Must have 8 years of consulting or industry experienceMust have 4 years TRIRIGA experience or 6 years of IWMS experienceExperience leading the functional and technical system design, prototyping, and process design stages of TRIRIGA implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping)Contributing to requirements development, configuration design, testing and user trainingUnderstanding of key corporate real estate and lease management industry trends Practical experience with six full lifecycle TRIRIGA or IWMS implementations Business case development experience Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization Sales track record; revenue generated & revenue managedBachelor's Degree Ability to travel 80-100% Preferred:Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Eagerness to mentor junior staff.An advanced degree How you'll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
