The Manager of Digital Brand Marketing will be responsible for managing the content production and execution of marketing campaigns on social media for the Luxury and Lifestyle brands (currently Waldorf Astoria, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, and Canopy by Hilton). This will include managing our agency and global brand accounts on social media, leading social content capture at brand activations, vetting social influencers, optimizing paid social media, ongoing reporting of results, managing budget, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders. What will I be doing?Social Agency Management and Content Development:Brief the agency on brand messaging priorities and ad-hoc requests from properties, other brands, Hilton Honors, enterprise and regionsReview monthly content calendars and approve daily content across Facebook, Twitter and InstagramReview proposed new content campaigns and provide feedback on creative and brandingBrief the agency on brand activations and present proposed social coverage to the Senior Director; execute approved tactics with the agencyRun weekly status calls with the social agencyBrand Activations (Content Production and Social):Serve as the brand marketing representative for social content capture at brand activationsLiaise with hotel, agency, and influencer contacts leading up to activations to finalize travel, contract, and social content capture logisticsAt activations, oversee agency and influencer content capture Provide real-time feedback and approval of contentReview post-activation content production with the Senior Director and provide creative feedback to the agencyShare final assets with other stakeholders including properties, regions and other brands for amplificationReview results of social campaigns and distribute reports to stakeholdersPaid Social Media:Brief the agency, internal media team and media buying agency of brand messaging priorities for monthly social paid adsProvide copy points, creative, imagery, and tracking links for social ad iterations on a monthly basis; review and approve final ad creativeReview ad formats, platforms, and results of individual creative with agency, internal media team and media buying agency on a monthly basis Suggest optimizations and report out results and changes in strategySocial Influencer Management:Review agency recommendations on influencers to capture content and amplify at brand activations throughout the year; share finalists with the Senior Director for approvalReview and approve content and branding requirements in influencer agreementsReview requests for influencer stays at Luxury and Lifestyle (L&L) properties Forward recommendations to property contacts for executionReporting:Review brand activation and monthly performance reports with the agency and Senior Director Distribute activation reports to key stakeholdersDevelop ad-hoc reports for ownership and property presentations as needed, 3-4 per monthBudget:Manage social advertising, influencer, and social content capture and brand activation budgets with agencyProcess all invoices related to social activitiesLeadership, Brand and Regional and Property Collaboration:Update Social Media Guidelines as necessary and distribute to property teamsCreate social toolkits for major brand programs on how properties can amplify in social; review via webinars and distribute Onboard new property social media contacts and property social media agencies; review brand guidelines and existing brand programs Flag off-brand social content to property contactsDevelop specific social media content series to introduce new L&L propertiesAttend weekly property opening calls to provide social support leading up to a new property openingWhat are we looking for?To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:BA/BS Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of five (5) years of experience with managing social media platforms and content production to support social channelsExperience managing social content capture at live eventsExperience vetting and/or managing social media influencersExperience with paid social media advertisingStrong understanding of social media landscape and content best practicesFamiliarity with web analytics, key digital metrics and reportingProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Passion for innovative and creative content campaignsExperience with managing a budget Ability to travel domestically and internationally, overnight as neededIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:A minimum of two (2) years of managerial experienceLoyalty program experienceExperience working on a luxury brandExperience working in a large, matrixed organizationWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
