A client in Bethesda, MD is looking for a freelance Account Coordinator/Project Manager to help their team for a few months. Responsibilities:- Be a project manager and marketer to provide admin, marketing and client support. - Contribute to the management and prioritization of project workflows from concept to completion- Ensure that all project deliverables are executed on time, on budget and on strategy. - Demonstrate understanding of integrated marketing communication strategy. - Work with with Account Managers and clients to deliver smart, successful, integrated communications strategies- Help gather strategic business and user insights to develop project briefing documents- Ensure client alignment on objectives- Work with Creative team to scope and shape concepts and executions - Work collaboratively with assigned clients to develop and implement integrated marketing communications strategies - Operate as a liaison between project team members, clients and external/internal business partners. - Develop on-going dialog with clients and partners around present and future marketing communications plans- Responsible for project estimating, scheduling, execution and tracking.- Monitor and track the deliverables and budgets- Communicate regularly with Account Managers and possibly clients on project statusQualifications:- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications and/or advertising with at least 2 years as an account coordinator. - Experience with an agency client preferred- A strong sense of copy/design best practices - Ability to work under pressure- Customer oriented with exceptional attention to detail- Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or business required.Submit resume (and samples if applicable) to: [Click Here to Email Your Resume]
