The Senior Manager of Food and Beverage Programs will manage the implementation and documentation of the functions of brand services and programs across all brands as relates to food and beverage as well as meetings and conventions.What will I be doing?Manage the process for systematic updates of Brand Standards and all brand related documentation for food and beverageManage regular communication of all brand services related subjects across All brands and All regionsActively participate in the development of food and beverage products and concepts, as well as play a role in the development of programs that align and support each of the brands cultureManage project plansManage the process for testing of initiatives and programsMaintain document management and prepare presentations as requiredManage brand relevant resources such as the Lobby, School of F&B, Flavors, etc.Participate in cross departmental product developmentManage the cross programing of product management groups such as Food and Beverage and WellnessManage individual project goalsProvide support in the management of projects within all of Food and BeverageAbility to proficiently use innovative technologyManage the drawings and drawing protocol through AutoCADSupport the Product Management Group by any means possible, as requiredDesired Attributes: Ability to think strategically and draw insight and actionable recommendations from systems, product and marketing informationExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with and persuade individuals at senior levels, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussionsStrong attention to detail combined with excellent multitasking and organization skills, as well as the ability to work well under deadline pressure and/or travelAppropriate professional appearance and demeanorAbility to deliver presentations in a concise, well-organized mannerAbsolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive informationWhat are we looking for?To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:BA/BS Bachelor's Degree A minimum of five (5) years of Food and Beverage experience in a leadership roleA minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience Working operational knowledge in Catering and EventsWorking knowledge in Food and Beverage program developmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Ability to adapt to extensive travel or schedule changes (25% travel)It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experienceA minimum of four (4) years of managerial experienceKnowledge and awareness of current industry trends in consumer consumption with regards to hotel/restaurant dining and retail environmentsAn understanding of the importance of proper training techniques with respect to change management as it relates to program implementation and execution to ensure alignment with brand direction and intentPrevious experience in programming Food and Beverage facilities by providing recommendations to Design teams on equipment and how it integrates within the working systems of Bars, Lounges and Kitchens to ensure operational efficienciesAble to comprehend building plans, blue prints and schematics and provide valuable feedback to internal and external stakeholdersProficient in AutoCAD and/or Microsoft Access What will it be like to work for Hilton?Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
