the Graphic Designer with Social Media Expertise will primarily be conceptualizing and designing marketing campaigns, corporate branding materials and other print and online layouts. Additional responsibilities may include event planning, networking events and marketing. He or she will work independently and as part of a team.* Design and coordinate social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and other relevant Social Media sites.* Create infographics, newsletter templates, and online and print campaign ads.* County Outreach Support in Graphic Design, Content Development, Case Study Development/Publication, Outreach Display Board Production, Event Staffing Support, Surveys, Data Analysis, etc.* Create print materials such as program brochures, recruitment posters, employee engagement materials, product sheets, internal documents, PowerPoint presentations, etc.* Accurately prepare creative materials for printing and ensure the print quality of all collateral pieces is of the highest standard.* Design unique and eye-catching videos for marketing and sales use.* Assist in the planning and developing of advertising campaigns.* Conduct ongoing research to identify new design trends and UX strategies.* Create and edit internal PDF documents as requested.* Provide creative input into various projects such as website design, social media platforms, video clips, photography (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest) and work closely with the Communications & Outreach Specialist in content creation.* Support all efforts of the creative team.* Other design tasks as assigned.* Plan, organize and/or assist in company events (holiday party, golf tournament, expos).* Represent the company at local and regional industry meetings, associations, conferences, etc. as requested.* Attend and participate in city, community and networking events; environmental events; charity and volunteer service events; and donation and sponsorship events.* Other event planning and marketing tasks as assigned* Represent Recycling Center brand and culture online, and engage in conversations with members, clients and customers.* Monitor social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant Social Media sites.* Dedicate 100% to relationship building and representation of the company.* Post in company voice and in line with our audiences on social networking sites.* Monitor, research and track daily discussion topics, hashtags, fact check stories, and campaigns.* Other social media tasks as assigned.About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
