Sales & Marketing Representative Role Description: As a Marketing Expert you will be directly responsible for helping clients improve the results of their marketing campaigns - through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing/advertising strategy with an assigned book of business, identify campaign trends and solve problems facing multiple customers. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; the ability to thrive in dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping businesses achieve marketing/advertising success. We are looking for ambitious and dynamic individuals with experience in a Sales, Marketing, and/or Advertising role and individuals who thrive in a very fast paced environment! This person must be proficient in outbound calling, developing rapport and converting opportunities. Exceptional attention to detail with equally strong communication both by phone or email is a must. You must also enjoy working in a fun team environment and have the ability to not only meet goals but ultimately over exceed targets. You will report to the Sales Manager Job responsibilities include: * Making outbound calls to previous, current, and new customers to introduce and drive adoption of client's marketing tools as well as recommend advertising solutions. * Coach & consult with customers on how to achieve greater ad productivity * Ensure achievement of weekly/monthly targets by making and responding to a high volume of sales calls * You will develop relationships with key players and decision makers to convert sales at targeted rates. * Maintain a high standard of quality customer experience whilst using sales, marketing, and advertising techniques to maximize opportunities. * You will capture required data and process through appropriate systems * Update multiple systems with relevant customer information and sales calls in order to maintain detailed and accurate records. * Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role, by active involvement in regular training and retraining * Working as part of fun and dynamic team you will establish and maintain effective working relationships with your co-workers, managers and clients. * Deliver excellence in customer service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times. Skills, experience, qualifications and attributes required: * Fluent English, spoken and written * College Degree in Communications and Marketing preferred but not required * Minimum of 1 years Sales, Marketing, and/or Advertising experience a must with experience making outbound sales calls. * Familiar with Social Media Advertising Concepts * Must be highly motivated, with excellent organizational skills, you will thrive in a highly target driven environment * Highly confident and professional manner with strong planning and presentation skills you will report to senior management on a daily/weekly basis with regard to targets and activity * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must for this role. * You will have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment * Must be flexible and adaptable * Must have excellent Time & Task management skills Competencies: * Sales Driven * Customer Focused * Results Orientated * Effective Time Management * Effective Communication * Flexibility/Adaptability * Resilience and Tenacity * Social Media Awareness * Proactive with Market Awareness * Punctual
