Tracking Code Job Description PURPOSE This position is responsible for the Sales and Marketing data strategy which includes data management data analysis project management strategic thinking and passion for learning ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide data management leadership for the Marketing organization leading projects across other functions Contribute data insights to Sales and Marketing team meetings Build data visualization tools using available software platforms to support data driven decision making Lead deployment of organizational Pricing Strategy coordinate Product Managers and Marketing Operations Monitor key economic housing and remodel data in order to create summary reports with conclusions Support marketing data and data modeling during the product development process Develop create and maintain automated key metrics and field reports Analyze and present sales data internal product trends and promotional effectiveness Support ad hoc requests from sales and marketing teams SUPERVISES This position typically has no supervisory responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and ability required Education and or Experience Bachelora s degree in statistics data analytics business marketing engineering or related technical field preferred Minimum of to years of marketing analytics or data management analysis experience with related project management experiences Strong demonstrated problem solving skills and technical acumen Experience working with and leading cross functional teams Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI Tableau or other data visualization software and experience employing the accompanying computer programming or logic based software coding Advanced computer skills including Microsoft products specifically Excel Access Word and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills Ability to build effective business relationships with internal clients Language Skills Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers clients in an effort to carry out responsibilities or respond to common inquiries from customers clients regulatory agencies or members of the business community and public Mathematical Skills Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to such tasks as statistical and financial math calculations with knowledge of determination of test reliability and validity analysis of variance correlation techniques sampling theory and factor analysis Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw and communicate valid conclusions Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms The employee is occasionally required to stand walk and lift a minimum of pounds WORKING ENVIRONMENT Typical office environment The noise level is usually moderate Some out of town travel may be required Occasional weekend work and extended evening hours is required Job Location Winchester Virginia United States Position Type Full Time Regular
