A prestigious HireStrategy client located in the Northern Virginia area is currently seeking a recruiting assistant. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, personable, self-starting individual who is ready to utilize his or degree in a professional services environment. Support Talent Acquisition team in all scheduling, coordination, and administrative functions Manage complex calendars (specifically as it applies to scheduling interviews) Interview candidates over the phone and in-person to determine skill set and career goals Source candidates for diverse positions Conduct research and develop innovative strategies to recruit top talent Perform reference and background checks Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience during school or through internships Experience in managing recruiting coordination tasks Experience working within HR, Talent Acquisition or Recruiting team Must possess high attention to detail and excellent organization skills Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
