Working from our office in Columbia, MD, the Senior Manager of Web Marketing reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation. The senior manager works directly with the web marketing and web development teams, as well as stakeholders throughout the organization, to develop website content that supports Connections Education's strategic business objectives. The Senior Manager of Web Marketing assists with development and implementation of the company's websites strategy including brand management, content development, overall look and feel and data/asset management. This may involve managing the websites of one or more line of business based on the company's evolving product strategy. The role also crosses-over to lead social media strategy, project management and social media and website integration. Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end content development for websites related to ConnectionsAcademy.com Strategically plan, develop and implement content to optimize the prospect experience on our websites and maximize online conversions Prioritize work requests and enhancements based on ROI, strategic initiatives and prospect needs Lead project teams and, where relevant, manage projects against agreed upon on-time, on-budget, on-scope deployments Work with internal stakeholders to understand and determine special website projects and initiatives Work with local schools to identify, develop and implement profile stories (enrolled students, Learning Coaches and CA employees) Partner with key stakeholders to create and maintain database of profile story assets; Support agency relationship from managing social media initiatives Manage relationships with contractors who develop content Develop and implement strategy for campaigns and projects to impact ROI for Social Media; Lead ongoing and annual tactical projects for websites; Manage other projects and initiatives as directed; Oversees growth and mentorship of other junior team members; and Other duties as assigned.
