The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force. Outdoor Recreation is the home of sales and reservations for RV Park, Burbba Park, Burbba Cottage, Check it out, RV Storage and Vehicle resale. **Schedule:**Flexible (Intermittent) positions are scheduled on an as-needed basis.Applicants must be able to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays as required. **The pay for this position will be set at step 01 of the grade ($10.09 PH). Applicants with previous NAF service may be eligible for a higher hourly rate upon verification of prior service and previous rate. Cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas. 2. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes using light and heavy duty powered equipment. 3. Operates industrial equipment to clean rugs, drapes, etc. Performs routine maintenance of equipment. 4. Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities. Cleans, and dusts assigned areas. Empties trash. Makes beds and changes line. Washes walls, windows, blinds and ceiling fixtures using ladders, scaffolds and safety belt. 5. Moves heavy furniture. Maintains stock of room and cleaning supplies to perform assigned duties. Qualifications Prior work experience that provided the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade, to keep the assigned work area neat and clean, and to communicate both orally and in writing. **SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE:** Must have the ability to follow instructions and read signs. Must have a basic knowledge of common cleaning solvents, cleaning tools, and equipment. Must know the proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions, and must be able to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces. Must be able to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and perform minor repair and maintenance of equipment.
