THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH(R)) is seeking a Graphic Designer/Web Administrator. The person in this position will be responsible for preparing graphical presentations in support of CENTECH submitted proposals, sources sought responses, and request for information responses, as well as in support of CENTECH marketing and special use collateral (including Flash and/or multimedia presentations). Included in the responsibilities are website development and administration, content management of website materials and information, and configuration management of website materials and information. The person in this position will work at our corporate headquarters in Falls Church, Virginia (working remotely is not permitted) in our Proposal Department under the direction of the communications director. + Participate in the development of creative and innovative designs for proposal graphics, proposal covers and spines, and CD/DVD ROM covers that meet Requests for Information (RFIs)/Requests for Proposal (RFPs) specifications. Interface with key proposal stakeholders to translate design concepts to strengthen the readability and selling impact of their proposal + Perform timely update of web sites as requested. Create new websites for new contract vehicles as requested. Work with outside programmers as needed + Maintain version and configuration control of all graphics. Maintain a searchable graphics library. Assist the proposal process owner in establishing electronic graphic file protocols and tracking for proposal configuration control, development status tracking, and document integrity + Produce, assemble, and distribute printed material including certificates, notices, and proposals. Coordinate with print vendors to develop pricing and timelines. + Graphic support for trade shows, brochures, signage, desktop presentations and special events such as holiday parties, picnics, manager's meetings, and anniversaries; as needed. + Maintain theproduction room; production copier ensuring respective needs are in inventory + Under the guidance of the communications director, gather, write, layout and produce the company newsletter each month + Solicit feedback to ensure that all deliverables meet expectations + Act as a recognized and active resource on design issues for others in the company + Minimum of an assosicates degree in Graphic Arts or a design related field is required and or a minimum of two (2) years of related work experience + Must possess working level knowledge of the following: Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, ImageReady, InDesign and Acrobat Pro.
