    B.  TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TO):  All applicants must submit a written narrative response to the TQ(s)  below, not to exceed 2 pages.  Please give examples and explain how often you used your skills, the complexity of the knowledge possessed, the level of people you interacted with, the sensitivity of the issues you handled, etc.  It is recommenced that you draft your TQs in word document and then upload into the system.

    TQ:  Knowledge of mission, organization, programs, and requirements of health care delivery systems, and the ability to manage and direct a large health care facility.


    Other Requirements:

    Drug Testing:  All non-VA applicants tentatively selected for VA employment in any position are subject to urinalysis to screen for illegal drug use prior to appointment.  Applicants who refuse to be tested will be denied employment with VA.
