Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Help Desk/Training Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Washington, DC 20005 location. The Help Desk/Training Analyst will provide Grants Management Line of Business support to the onboarding of new agencies, programs, and/or functionality, and to support all system users, as the client moves towards an enterprise grants management solution. This support will involve working closely with Agency partners and the Grantor Development team.

Responsibilities
• Provide Tier 0/1 help desk support (8:00am-6:00pm EDT) for external users of the ezFedGrants system; projected number of calls: approximately 15-20 calls a day per thousand users, ezFedGrants has approximately 1000 external recipients at this time with a potential growth factor of 350,000 during the next five years
• Train agency users and trainers, as well as non-agency users on ezFedGrants system use; FMS requires several “Train the Trainer” sessions during June- August 2017, these “Train the Trainer” efforts will be duplicated whenever there is an agency ezFedGrants implementation
• Assess, document and update Service Now tickets and assist with managing configuration management process
• Maintain the Grants Management SharePoint, and external websites by ensuring that all related documentation is updated and easily accessible
• Draft and edit systems and grant policy documents such as FMMI job aids and training materials

Required Qualifications
• 4 to 8 years of experience for Sr. Level, 3 to 5 years for Mid Level and 2 to 4 years for Jr. Level
• SAP ERP functional analysis, training experience or helpdesk experience
• General training experience for financial ERP software suite
• General helpdesk experience for financial ERP software suite
