ByteGrid a leading provider of managed hosting colocation and compliance services for commercial businesses government agencies life sciences and health IT companies is looking for a Lead Development Specialist to join our Marketing team The Lead Development Specialist will be tasked with engaging inbound marketing qualified leads and account based marketing program leads The ideal candidate will be very comfortable connecting with both IT and C suite audiences via all communication mediums Candidate will engage directly with high value prospects to build relationships answer inquiries and position ByteGrid against our competitors The Lead Development Specialist will nurture the contact until it can be qualified and passed to a Business Development Executive RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all marketing qualified leads via Salesforce com and Hubspot Utilize Live Chat on website to communicate with prospects Take phone calls from website Daily identification of marketing qualified inbound leads and prioritization Assist in the development management and measurement of key campaigns for nurturing prospects Assist in developing the social media marketing roadmap Interact and attract targeted virtual a followersa a communitiesa and a active usersa to drive traffic and develop lead generation tactics across all platforms Perform prospecting activities when requested CHARACTERISTICS Positive attitude and energetic approach to each day Team player Strong communication skills a both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and show a high level of initiative and accuracy must provide daily weekly monthly call and status reports Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Ability to work independently Respond to emails and voicemails promptly Clear concise and timely communication skills are required including the ability to work with and communicate with a wide variety of individuals EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will have yearsa experience working in marketing sales or business development and would be interested in further developing his her career
