Job Description: Provides leadership and management direction for LTC facility. Supervises staff; develops and manages operating and capital budgets; develops, communicates implements, and monitors goals, objectives, and strategic planning for the facility; establishes and monitors a system for tracking all customer service activities. Promotes and provides leadership for positive employee relations, Sentara values, customer service, patient and staff safety, and other company initiatives. Builds positive relations with residents and family members, physicians, and community.
