Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment)
This position is located in the District of Columbia (DC) Courts, Human Resources Division, Talent Acquisition Branch. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for roster positions, initiating background checks, scheduling testing and fingerprint checks, in addition to assisting the Talent Acquisition Branch.
The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the DC Courts’ values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency.

Providing a variety of HR support services in a staffing or recruitment division, i.e. reviewing applications; initiating personnel actions; using a variety of automated HR systems to enter and extract data; or initiating background investigations.

To qualify based on education, upload copy of your college transcript or degree. The transcript must show list of courses with credit hours, major(s), and grade-point average or class ranking.
Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the above requirements if you can show that the foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.
