Ability to multi-task and document processes. Knowledge of the Anti-Deficiency Act, Appropriations Law, and GAO's Red, Green and Yellow Books preferred.Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Political Science, Public Administration or related areas of study. Experience in fiscal analysis, financial planning and forecasting, monitoring, reporting, as well as proficiency in oral and written communication for a diverse audience.
