Must have Special Access Program (SAP) and Controlled Access Program (CAP) eligibility.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading efforts to provide support to sensitive Maritime Operations; identifying gaps, specify collection requirement to fill gaps and develop methodologies to eliminate gaps; writing technical assessments to present briefs to officers, executives and foreign officials.
