Medical Administrative Associate
Cornerstone Montgomery, is a non-profit, Community Mental Health Agency which is located in Montgomery County, Maryland. Providing Comprehensive Recovery-Based Mental Health services since 1971.
Position Summary: Administrative, clerical and organizational medical administrative work involving responsibility for most aspects of the front desk operations and assistance with operations of an outpatient mental health clinic.
Performs a variety of complex administrative duties requiring a comprehensive knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, billing, and the requirements of third party payers. Independently applies policies and procedures, receives patients and visitors, handles operational details of the clinic office, compiles and summarizes data, and prepares reports. Has varied public contacts. The job requires the employee to work closely with other members of the organization, officials of other agencies and the general public.
Requirements: High School Diploma and two year(s) of experience in an office environment.
