    To qualify for this position at the FV-H/FG/GS-12 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G/FG/GS-10/11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Knowledge, understanding, and experience in the application of 49 CFR Part 21 in an oversight environment, gathering data, analyzing data and conducting Title VI, LEP and/or EJ related compliance reviews of Federal financial recipients; coordination of and conducting investigations and conciliations of allegations of discrimination and/or non-compliance with Federal regulations and statutes and making recommendations for voluntary compliance including preparing reports for review and approval by management.

    To qualify for this position at the FV-I/FG/GS- 13 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-H/FG/GS-12 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Knowledge, understanding, and experience in independently coordinating the application of 49 CFR Part 21 in an oversight environment, independently coordinating and conducting Title VI, LEP and EJ related compliance reviews of a Federal financial recipients; independent coordination and conducting investigations and conciliations of allegations of discrimination and/or non-compliance with Federal regulations and statutes and making recommendations for voluntary compliance.

    In addition to the minimum qualifications, the following has been determined to be a selective factor for this position. This means possession of this criterion is part of the minimum qualifications and is essential to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.     • Experience overseeing, advising, or advocating Title VI, LEP, and/or EJ requirements with regard to transportation programs, such as highway, airport, or transit.
