Who we are looking for:
The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing Project Administrator to contribute to planning, executing, and budgeting marketing plans including print and digital campaigns for ASCO Annual Meeting and ASCO Symposia.

What you will do:
  • Manage process of creating and mailing program announcements. Responsibilities include creating content, drafting copy, directing design, coordinating edits and approval of stakeholders, overseeing production, and managing schedules and timelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing department, internal stakeholders, and external vendors for marketing program responsibilities
  • Coordinate design development by working with external vendors for ASCO Meetings marketing communications and other program areas as needed.
  • Support accurate execution of integrated marketing campaigns including promotional e-mails, copywriting and messaging, direct mail, and print and online advertising
  • Support Marketing Managers to track and measure performance of marketing programs
What you will need in order to be successful:
  • 4-7 years of experience in a marketing agency, internal marketing department, or Association
  • Superior communication skills; including oral, written, and listening
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in copy writing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; team-oriented approach
  • Able to manage own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals
  • Commitment to work within a team to meet timelines and deliverables with a strong focus on customer service
