Job Description: The Quality Improvement Team Leader (TL) will assist the Director with daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, and achievement of Quality Department goals. Leads safety and quality initiatives, simplifying workflow, and is responsible for the development of staff, under the direction of the Director.
