Management and Program Analyst, GS-0343-12 (JG-DEU)

Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on his/her expertise as a Management and Program Analyst. You can make a difference in the West by assisting in the development and oversight of metrics and reporint for the functional areas such as acquisitions, financial assistance, charge card, property, and fleet. Responsibilities include working with personnel in various functional areas to develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
LOCATION: Mission Support Organization; Acquisition and Assistance Management Division, Bank Card and Business Systemns Management, Lakewood, CO.
Duty station location is negotiable after selection. Salary will vary based on duty location.

You must meet all qualification requirements, by the closing date of this announcement.All applicants must possess one year of specialized experience. To meet specialized experience, your resume must describe experience that demonstrates the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities as defined below:
One year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal Government.
GS-12: Technical and functional experience in using a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for reconciling data within and between financial systems, conducting analyses to identify trends and gaps, developing and implementing metrics for management to improve the effectiveness of programs. Extensive experience in maintaining the integrity of financial and other data within systems, including regular reconciliation, to ensure accurate and complete financial data. Extensive experience providing customer service to a variety of internal and external customers.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Category rating and selection procedures will be used for evaluating this position.
