Very reputable and amazing insurance organization located in the Gaithersburg, MD area is seeking a Policy Issue Team Leader. The position entails managing around a staff of (7-10members), making sure the dept. is completing, exceeding goals and standards as expected. Providing support by performing training, reviews, delegating tasks, and being able to resolve any conflicts that may arise. The ideal person must be flexible and able to work after hours when needed.

Qualification's:

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • College degree (preferred)
  • 3 yrs. experience in a customer service/administrative related position
  • Team lead or other supervisory exp. (required)
  • Completion of life insurance exams (preferred) / LOMA 281, LOMA 291 and ACS 100
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
