The Internet Security Alliance (ISA) is seeking a government relations professional to monitor and coordinate US federal government activity on cybersecurity policy, conduct advocacy outreach to the current Administration and Congress, promote the ISA agenda at various meetings and activities, and advise ISA membership. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with ISA membership regarding federal cybersecurity initiatives, including those in Congress, DHS, Executive Branch, and independent agencies.


The ideal candidate will have: substantial first-hand experience in federal policy on cybersecurity; relevant Hill and/or federal government experience; ability to track ongoing developments relevant to the dozen critical industry sectors the ISA represents; and excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Familiarity with ISA philosophy and policy on cyber issues a plus.
