Call Center Representative
Sparks Group has partnered with a small government contractor in Reston and is seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy Call Center Agent for an exciting long term contract opportunity!
• Manage inbound calls related to government contract
• Will handle low level help desk type calls (providing instruction, resetting passwords, etc.)
• Provide professional and courteous service to all callers
• Previous call center experience, help desk experience is a plus
• Ability to navigate web-based applications while speaking with callers
• Articulate and professional phone etiquette
