    To qualify for this position at the payband H, you demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G, FG/GS-11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

    Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Experience supporting the development of business plans to include goals, priorities, and performance requirements for a significant project, plan, or organization; and experience using software to measure the effectiveness of such plans (performance, milestones, goal setting, etc.).
