U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
CBP, the Nation’s largest Federal law enforcement agency, safeguards America’s borders while enabling legitimate trade and travel. The Executive Director, Programming, in the Office of Enterprise Services, is responsible for executive management of CBP’s financial resources by providing linkage and alignment of CBP’s resources to mission priorities and outcomes.
The position oversees CBP’s development of a strategic programming framework and brings deliberate order to the agency’s efforts in the programming processes by ensuring:
• Development of a sustained resources programming capability to produce the annual programming document that drives efficiencies and translate the DHS and CBP planning guidance into mission capabilities.
• Programming efforts are aligned and integrated with CBP’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability framework.
• Outcome-focused performance measures form the basis for future resources allocation decision-making.
Annual salary range: $124,406 - $187,000 per annum.
