Wonderful opportunity to work in a busy M-F small call center in Arlington.  Looking for someone with insurance/benefits knowledge.
  • Research and resolve member issues
  • Counsel members to retain policies
  • Educate and counsel members and their families on benefits
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of new products and services
  • Comply with pertinent laws & regulations
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • Insurance certifications FLMI, CLU, ACS, or PCS
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Can do attitude
