Frankel Sims Law seeks a full-time estate planning attorney for our Towson, Maryland office. This position requires a high level of client contact and experience drafting estate planning documents. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area. We are looking for a highly motivated attorney to be a part of our team.

Attorney will assist business owners, families and individuals with estate planning needs and estate and trust administration. Responsibilities include preparing various estate planning documents including living wills, powers of attorney, revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care proxy forms and prenuptial agreements. Other duties include preparing estate and fiduciary tax returns, probate documents, petitions and asset protection plans.

Required Skills:

  • 8 – 10 years of experience focused on tax and trust planning. 
  • Excellent client interaction skills, attention to detail, a high degree of professionalism and demonstrated initiative and follow-through while managing multiple competing deadlines.
  • Must be very organized, proactive and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Maryland bar admission required.
