Service department assistant
Job Description We are looking for the right individual to assist in day to day operations in our service department. HVAC/refrigeration knowledge a plus. Qualified candidate's daily responsibilities: call vendors for part pricing/ordering parts, answer incoming phone calls, enter vendor invoices, quotes, invoicing, spreadsheets. Must be punctual, have Microsoft office experience, detail oriented, team player. We are a small office and we all MUST work together efficiently. Benefits after 60 days. We service and install commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk in coolers, freezers, ice machines and display cases. We have an HVAC division and kitchen equipment division as well for service and installation. We have a large customer base that is continuously growing.
