Any individual who was awarded a degree by an institution of higher education from a public or other non-profit institution not more than two years before the date of appointment meets the basic eligibility requirement to apply for the DHA Recent Graduates Program; OR
Any individual who has completed a period of obligated service in a uniformed service of more than four years and was awarded a degree by an institution of higher education from a public or other non-profit institution not more than four years before the date of appointment meets the basic eligibility requirement to apply for the DHA Recent Graduates Program.

AFTER PROGRAM COMPLETION:
You will be outplaced from the PAQ program after successful completion of your formal training program. Occasional travel - Travel to Keesler AFB, MS and San Antonio TX for training (approx. 30-120 days) will be required during the three year program

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. Mobility - you may be required to relocate during or after completion of your training.
2. Successful completion of all training and regulatory requirements as identified in the applicable training plan.
3. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. (IF APPLICABLE)
4. May be required to travel by military and/or civilian aircraft in the performance of official duties. (IF APPLICABLE)

This position has an education requirement. You MUST provide transcripts to support your educational claims. Degree Audits are not accepted. NOTE: Failure to provide transcripts will result in non-consideration for applicable position. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
We will review your application, including an online assessment questionnaire if applicable, to ensure that you meet the requirements to perform in this position satisfactorily.
If qualified, we will then place you in one of the three categories described below:
A. Best Qualified: Master's or a Bachelor's degree with overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
B. Highly Qualified: Bachelor's degree with overall GPA between 2.95-3.49
C. Qualified: Associate's degree AND one year (12 months) of specialized work experience in planning for and determining current and future supply requirements; or planning and determining the distribution and position of supplies among major supply stations, stock points, or using activities; or preparing recommendations and directives for the procurement of material, indicating the types of items, quantities, and sources; or analyzing planned or scheduled material requirements and forecasts to determine categories and quantities of items as well as funds required. This experience MUST be equivalent to at least the GS-05 level in Federal service, which could have been obtained in the private or public sectors.
