This individual will lead the overall design, organization, delivery, supervision, evaluation, and fiscal management of a comprehensive student development program. Charged with promoting and delivering programs and services that enhance student success and spiritual growth, achievements, and satisfaction, the division of student affairs uses unique immersive experiences to train our student leaders and engage the student body.

Located in the beautiful Catoctin Mountains close to the Baltimore and D.C. metropolitan areas, Mount St. Mary’s is a comprehensive, nationally recognized university enrolling 2,300 students and having a 14:1 student to faculty ratio.
