Growing, 50+ doctor group with practices in Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania, and Virginia is seeking a Group Practice Administrator (GPA) to oversee the Central Business Office. We are focused on patient-centered quality care, and are committed to continuing our mission of providing high quality, comprehensive service to our patients as the organization continues to grow.
The GPA will report directly to the CEO and will have direct responsibility for successful management of the Central Business Office, including supervision of the billing, HR, compliance and lab teams and staff. Must be able to communicate well with remote staff in our 32+ offices.
Qualifications: Previous leadership experience with a strong track record of success in a growth-oriented healthcare environment. Must have relevant experience supervising at least 12 people. Strong data analysis, relationship building skills, medical billing knowledge and communication skills required. Bachelor's degree required.
