TEMPORARY Business Operations Manager (Finance & HR)
Private school in No. Va. has an immediate need for a Business Operations Manager on a temporary basis. The Business Operations Manager will manage finance and HR and be responsible for business operations, plant operations, human resources and financial management.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Administration or equivalent experience; min 5 years of exp. in a HR, finance/business operations managing budgets and operations; advanced financial skills to include planning, analyzing, projections and budgets; technology skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have transportation; position has potential for perm. Salary commensurate with experience.
