Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Work in-line with development plan A willingness to learn and follow instructions as outlined by mentor and sales management Learns sales administration by completing rotation in sales office function. Input information into company systems, ensuring it is accurate and up to date. Develops an understanding of TXO Systems products, their market and portfolio by having 1 to1's with their mentor and by reading TXO Systems literature and doing research into the market. Practices sales process by calling on existing and then new accounts; adhering to established sales process Build relationships with Customers and Suppliers and communicate effectively and promptly Respond to tender enquires in conjunction with Mentor/Manager Prepare and send out quotes to customers as requested to agreed deadline. Achieving set targets for calls, sales and PO's in-line with programme milestones After 6 months be responsible for identifying, developing and closing sales through sustained prospecting and activity in their assigned portfolio/region. Interface with other internal departments as required ensuring that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Provide a professional handover of accounts as necessary on a timely basis. Operate within published commercial and contractual guidelines, making effective use of escalation route Follow all company policies and procedures included but not limited to HR, Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and information security. Any other adhoc duties as required.
