$35,000 TO $55,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS!! MUST HAVE 2 + YEARS OF CURRENT RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT experience in a Fast Food / Quick-Serve, Fast Casual or Family style concept. Prefer a "hands-on" approach in management style, not an office manager; but, one that is willing to work side by side with their employees. Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests. Coach and develop restaurant employees to build a strong, cohesive team. Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales. Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs. Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed.
